DeenSuite ("DeenSuite", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Nafis Ahmad (Google Play developer name: NAFISFLAHI), New Delhi, India. For privacy inquiries: privacy@deensuite.com
1.Summary
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
- Your Quran recitation recordings in the Hafiz app stay strictly on your device. We never upload them.
- Some of our apps show ads from Google AdMob and use Google Firebase for analytics and notifications. These services collect limited device data as explained in Section 5.
- The DeenSuite Azkar app has no ads, no tracking and needs no account (see Section 2A).
- You can delete your account and associated data permanently at any time (see Section 10).

2A.DeenSuite Azkar — App-Specific Notice
This section applies to the DeenSuite Azkar app for Android (com.deensuite.azkar). If anything here conflicts with the rest of this policy, this section prevails for the Azkar app.
- No ads. The app contains no advertising of any kind.
- No tracking. No analytics, no crash-reporting or advertising SDKs, and no advertising ID is used.
- No account or login. You never give us your name, email or phone number.
- Your progress (tasbih counts, daily completion, streak, settings) is stored only on your device.
What stays on your device
- Tasbih counts and the dhikr you selected.
- Which morning and evening azkar you completed each day, and your streak.
- Your settings: theme, language, Arabic text size, haptic feedback, welcome screen and reminder times.
- A copy of the dua content and the Quran font downloaded from deensuite.com, so the app works offline.
We do not receive this data and cannot see it. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone settings. If Android Backup is turned on for your phone, Android may keep a copy of the app data in your own Google account according to your phone settings; that is handled by Google, not by us.
What the app downloads from the internet
- Dua and azkar content and its version number (so the app can check for updates).
- The verse and translation shown on the welcome screen, and the Quran font file.
These requests go to deensuite.com servers and include the app name (com.deensuite.azkar), its version number and the word "android". Like any website, our servers record the IP address and time of a request for security and operations. The app sends no device identifier or advertising ID, and sends nothing about how you use it or your progress.

Sharing, cards and widgets
Dua cards are created on your device. When you tap Share or Save, the image goes only to the app you choose or to your photo gallery; we never receive it. Home-screen widgets run entirely on your device. Sharing through another app is covered by that app’s own privacy policy.
Content, children and deleting data
- Quran text, duas and translations come from DeenSuite’s verified data on deensuite.com. They are not generated by AI.
- The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children, and has no ads or social features.
- Because we hold no personal data about you through this app, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. To remove the app’s data from your phone, uninstall it or clear its data in your phone settings.
3.Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Give Us
- Account Credentials (Optional): Display name, email address, and securely hashed password (Argon2/Bcrypt) which we cannot read.
- Islamic Practice Data: Bookmarks, Quran memorization (Hifz) progress, spaced repetition review history, retention scores, Ibadah/fasting trackers, Zakat calculations, quiz scores, and game progress.
- Messages & Support: Messages and inquiries sent to us, such as support or account deletion requests.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location (Prayer & Ramadan apps only): With your permission, we use your device location (precise or approximate) to calculate prayer times, Sehri/Iftar times, and Qibla direction. Coordinates are sent to our server (deensuite.com) strictly to calculate these times. We do not store location history and do not use it for advertising. You can choose a city manually or disable location anytime.
- Device & Usage Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, approximate region, crash reports, and feature usage via Firebase Analytics.
- Advertising ID: Apps displaying ads use the Android Advertising ID via Google AdMob. You can reset or delete it in your phone settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Push Notification Token: A Firebase Cloud Messaging token to send you opt-in reminders (prayer alerts, Azkar, Hifz reminders, Ramadan alerts).
- Website Technical Logs: Obfuscated IP address, browser type, and access timestamps stored for security and error diagnostics.

🎤3.4 Microphone Recordings (Hafiz App)
- Recordings are made strictly when you press record during a Hifz session.
- They are stored strictly on your device and are NEVER uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or anyone else.
- They are deleted when you delete them in the app or uninstall the application.
4.How We Use Information
- To provide all app features: Quran reading/audio, Hifz schedules, prayer times, reminders, trackers, Zakat calculator, quizzes, and games.
- To sync your progress between the website and apps when signed in.
- To send the notifications and alerts you choose to turn on.
- To fix crashes, understand feature usage patterns, and continuously improve our apps.
- To display non-intrusive ads that allow us to offer our apps for free.
- To maintain service security and prevent fraudulent abuse.
- To respond to your support requests and privacy inquiries.
5.Third-Party Services
We utilize the following third-party infrastructure. Each service maintains its own independent privacy policy:

Ad Personalization: In the EU/UK, we ask for your explicit consent before showing personalized ads. Elsewhere, you can limit ad tracking by resetting or disabling your Advertising ID in your phone settings.
6.Children's Privacy
DeenQuest: DeenQuest is a family-friendly app that may be used by children. All ad requests in DeenQuest are explicitly marked as child-directed; ads are non-personalized and limited to "G" (general audience) content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Sign-in is optional and intended for parents; the game can be played without an account.
Our other apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@deensuite.com and we will promptly delete it.
7.How We Share Information
We do NOT sell or rent your personal data. Information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- With the third-party service providers listed in Section 5 strictly to operate our apps.
- If required by law, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users and services.
- With your explicit prior consent.
Islamic Quiz Battle displays your chosen display name and scores to players you challenge or add as friends.
8.Data Retention
- Account & Progress Data: Kept while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after you request account deletion.
- Website Security Logs: Stored for up to 90 days.
- Firebase Analytics Data: Stored for up to 14 months, then automatically purged by Google.
- Device-Only Local Data: Audio recordings and offline settings remain strictly on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
9.Security
All network traffic between the mobile applications and deensuite.com is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS). Passwords are securely hashed. Access to server infrastructure is strictly restricted.
10.Your Rights and Choices
Delete Account & Data: You can request deletion of your account and linked personal data anytime by visiting https://deensuite.com/delete-account or emailing privacy@deensuite.com with the subject "Delete my account". Account and data deletion will be completed within 30 days and confirmed via email.
- Export Data: Contact privacy@deensuite.com to request a copy of your personal data.
- Correct Data: Update your user profile directly within the app or website settings.
- Permissions Control: Revoke location, microphone, or notification permissions anytime in your phone settings.
- Reset Ad ID: Reset or opt out of Advertising ID tracking in your device privacy settings.
11.Cookies (Website)
deensuite.com uses strictly necessary HTTP-only session cookies to manage secure logins, and browser localStorage to store reading preferences. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies on the website.
12.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above and notify users via in-app alerts or email for material updates.
